Max Payne is a series I’ve always heard about and wanted to try out. I’d seen some gameplay from Max Payne 3 on YouTube. And it looked really fun. Plus it’s a Rockstar game and I generally really enjoy their games. But I also figured now would be a good time to check out Max Payne 3 since remakes for the first two games were just announced recently. Max Payne 3 came out in 2012, On last… well I guess two generations ago now, on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. I played this game on PC in 1440p resolution and I must say the graphics have aged very nicely. Pretty impressive for a game that will be a decade old in just a few weeks. So for those of you considering checking out the game in 2022 or you just want to see an opinion on a game you’ve already played, I played Max Payne 3 for the first time a near decade after its release and I’ll let you know my honest opinions on the game and whether or not it’s still worth it all these years later.
